1_ Covid19 and War

Consider that we all live uncertainty times and that can force us to a price variation. Such as raw materials and/or other consumables needed in my production chain.

However, the values ​​of the online store, at checkout, already reflect the final price you will pay.

 

2_ Production Times

We will start your order after the order has been successfully placed. If, on the one hand, the fact that we have an online store forces us to have some stock, by habit we do not have stock for immediate dispatch.

TelmaDA pieces are made for you and with you in mind. That said, consider 15 working days, referring to the average production time of your part. Believe it will be worth it. But if there is any urgency at the reception, before the purchase send me an email to telma@telmada.com so that I can evaluate if it is possible or not. When the part to be shipped you will receive an email from telma.com, the shipment will be guaranteed. Therefore, choose your best email that will be requested when placing your order.

However, we are not responsible for possible strikes and other adverse situations that may increase this expected period.

 

3_ Shipping Cost

If you like my work, of course I'll send it to you. We ship worldwide.

To consider the following costs:

_ Shipments to Portugal, by registered CTT, it has a cost of 4,80eur. With deliveries from 24 to 48 working hours.

_ Shipping to the European Union, by TNT, has a cost of 19 Eur. Deliveries depending on the destination from 24 to 72 working hours. Free, over 150 Eur.

_ Rest of the World, by FedEx, depending on the destination, has a cost of 22-30 Eur. Free, over 250 euros. With deliveries depending on the destination from 24 to 72 working hours.

4_ Taxes & Duties

Within European Union, all fees and taxes are included when purchasing a TelmaDA piece.

Outside the European Union, consider that the country of destination may determine taxes, customs clearance and other fees. We have no control or responsibility for these. And so, it will always be the customer's responsibility.
