TelmaDA is always committed to your complete satisfaction when you purchase a piece from us.

 

If it still doesn't happen, consider When and How you can request an Exchange or Return:

1_ Send us an email to telma@telmada.com explaining what happened, because the return will have to be authorized first;

2_ We only exchange or refund jewelry pieces, painting not included.

3_ Exchange or refund, only jewelry pieces that have not been customized upon request (color combinations on request is considered customization). These are always the customer's responsibility.

4_ Returns are eligible: without any signs of use and in the original packaging without damage. We advise you to pack the item exactly as you received it, otherwise the return will not be validated;

5_ We refund the item, but not the shipping cost, this is non-refundable;

6_ TelmaDA cannot be held responsible for the service provider the customer chooses. If the order does not meet the above parameters, the return is not valid.

7_ Returns from extra European Union countries that may stop at customs, the costs of fees and taxes are the customer's responsibility;

8_ Shipping costs inherent to a return will always be the customer's responsibility. For Portugal has a cost of 4 Eur. For other countruys please check shipping costs on HERE;

9_ If case of refund, it will always be for the same payment method made.

10_ Return is valid within 14 straight days (from the receipt of the order) to:
